The trivia item says it was denied for bad formatting, but I've seen lots of trivia items submitted in this format, and done lots myself before.

I encountered another processing error for goof corrections, at least I'm assuming it's an error since one of the ones denied was a simple addition of a spoiler tag. I hate to be a complainer, but these seem to be happening a lot lately.

I've submitted corrections for a podcast airdate twice now, with references to the podcast feed as evidence, but I keep getting declined due to "Reason: Badly Formatted." I'm not sure how I can badly format a date. What could I be doing wrong?
