1) How can I add the original title? 2) When I try to choose the language (should be Russian), the item gets the red / pink color, and the comment "This item has been rejected".

As per the red color on the form, you will have to see the reason why the item in particular is being rejected for the language. You can correct/edit this depending on what it specifies.
