2 Declined Trivia Submissions

Hello, I have recently had two trivia submissions declined, with the explanation that they did not meet the contribution guidelines. I double checked the submission guidelines for both trivia and bio-trivia, and I was hoping for more detail about which guideline they do not meet. Neither submission is rumor or gutter-press scandal or gossip, but instead they are significant reporting and/or legal findings. The way both are worded does not meet standards for defamation, as they are not statements of facts themselves, but instead are about the existence of notable news articles (for the first one) and additionally about factual legal events (for the second). And they are certainly both significant. Additionally, the second had appeared on the person's page previously.
