#250103-134809-646902 - image with bars/frames not removed

According to the image guide (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/images-videos/image-guidelines/G27LPBQZA7EAZGJW?ref_=helpms_helpart_inline#), "Bars or framing around the outside of the image" are NOT allowed in images. For that reason, I tried to delete this image: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077008/mediaviewer/rm3441389313  but my contribution was declined. Was this in error or does IMDb have a different idea of bars or framing than I do?
