27 approved films wiped from Igor Elovskih (nm18138289) due to false-positive system hold

Hello IMDb Community Managers,

I am reaching out here for urgent help because the standard email support is sending automated template replies without checking the actual database logs. My IMDb ID is nm18138289.

On September 21, 2026, I submitted routine updates to add cast members to my projects. Immediately after, an automated system trigger caused a massive false-positive data hold, completely wiping out my entire portfolio of 27 previously approved independent films from my public profile.

Currently, my page is completely empty except for my name and my festival awards (3 wins & 17 nominations). If I were a rule-breaker, my legitimate verified awards wouldn't be standing there. My filmography is 100% legitimate — these are real independent projects with international festival histories. 

Standard support (Sam and Alejandro) claims a "guideline violation" and refused to offer insight, completely locking an active filmmaker out of 27 valid credits that were hosted on IMDb for a long time. This is causing severe professional damage to my current projects.

I urgently request a senior community manager or database administrator to audit this automated freeze from September 21, override the template decline, and restore my legitimate credits.
