403 Error - Request Blocked

Hello! I was updating my IMDb credits when I started receiving a 403 ERROR message. (Copied below) I was using a business’ wifi. When I switch to cell phone data, IMDb lets me access it again. But it’s frustrating to have to use data(and I’m afraid of being blocked if I add more credits! Anyone know how to fix this? —— 403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked.
