A Mistake in Entry or a Mistaken Entry?

This concerns #260821-144559-831000. Episode 9 of Chainsmoker Cat is delayed to September 3rd and I made a submission to reflect that. It got accepted, but the current date listed on the episode is August 27th. Was it a mistake in the entry I made or has someone else submitted a mistake?
