a Producer added me to their project that I wasn't a part of. How do I get the credit removed?

Hello, a Producer or someone on their team added my name to their project that I wasn't a part of. How do I get the credit removed as it really messes up my page bc it's a non professional project and all of my credits are professional. It really bothers me that they did this.
