About - Biog

I checked my IMDb page a while back and found that an About blurb had been added. I did not ask for this bio, and I also did not like it much. On 9 May, I wanted to change it. The process felt unnecessarily complicated, so I added a new one and requested that the other be removed. I now find that both are on my page - again I tried 'edit' then 'delete' - this did not work. There is a message that reads - It is our policy not to remove biographies in their entirety, unless we first receive an updated or amended version. However, if you are aware of inaccuracies contained within an existing biography and bring them to our attention, we will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or amend the offending items. - then asks me to explain why I would like it deleted - I have already answered this on the 9th May when I sent the new bio. I'd like this removed; I didn't ask for it, nor did I write it. The info is outdated and inflated- not a style I would wish to have represent me. Please remove it and use the Bio I have sent below. Please let me know when you have done this. Thank you - as I said, no answer and no action. I do believe that if I pay for this page to represent me as an actor, I have the right to reject a bio written by someone who has just scoured the internet and pieced together lots of bits and pieces.  Could someone please help me with this?
