Acting Credit submission won't update

I submitted three or four acting credit updates to my IMDb Pro account over a week ago, and they still haven't been reviewed or updated onto my page. This usually happens within 24 hrs. What's Up?

Hi CaseyMc1, Please can you provide us with the 18-digit submission references for these contributions? We can then look into this for you. You will find them in your Contribution History (https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history?user). Thanks!

@CaseyMc1- You will find them in your Contribution History (https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history?user). Or you can also find it in the top right corner of your email receipt when you submitted your contribution.

@CaseyMc1- Thank you for providing the submission reference! These credits have been approved and the changes will be live on the site shortly.

I added about four credits to my Actor credits and it still says "updating" after all this time. I've added other edits and additions that were nearly immediate. My previous credit submissions did not take this long to update with the credit or a rejection status. These don't even show ANYWHERE. But the banner above the credits list says "Updating" Does anyone know how to kickstart this thing so that they're recognized I don't want to resubmit ... it might get listed twice (which has happened before in an unrelated incident). Thanks
Note: This comment was created from a merged conversation originally titled It's been 10 days since submitting and my acting credits still won't update

@CaseyMc1- Even though data is submitted together, depending on several factors, the items within the submission may be processed separately and therefore, take more time to be processed. You can keep a look at our Data Processing Times page: https://contribute.imdb.com/times?ref_=helpms_ch_ci_processing to follow up on current processing and any further backlog of data. Cheers!
