Acting role correction continually declined as unable to verify

I played a character named "Judge Thompson" on two episodes of this latest season of Law & Order SVU: Season 27, episodes #9 and #18. My page incorrectly lists me as having played a different character in Episode #9, when in fact I only played Judge Thompson in both episodes.

I've tried to correct this five times to the right character name, and it always gets declined as unverifiable. I have sent Call Sheets, and cast lists from scripts. What else could be needed? What am I missing? I'm already listed on the show, I've clearly played this character, hope to continue playing the character... how can I fix this? Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
