Add new title not working for Kei Kanamori's film Origami

I submitted an update (241217-225626-441000) for Kei Kanamori's film Origami. It has an entry on Letterboxd already and was shortlisted today for the Academy Award for best animated short film.

However, the new title submission is getting merged with a different (live action) 2024 short film also called Origami. Any help? Thanks!
