Added my new title information to the wrong page

Hi! My title information was rejected so I went into to resubmit more information. When doing so I by mistake hit the option that said add to a similar title page instead of selecting proceed forward with new title. After I hit submit and received a confirmation email, I realized the mistake and went in and did the process again for the new title page. How do I stop those other credits from showing up on someone else's page?
