Adding a credit, with supporting evidence

Hello, I am trying to add a credit for my daughter on her page. It is a featured named role in a series, I have supporting evidence to show it’s genuine, payslip and photo from set in costume department with her name and cast name. Keeps getting declined, what else can I do please? Thank you.

Hi Thea_Achillea, Thank you for your problem report. Could you please provide us with the 18-digit submission reference for your latest attempt to add this credit? You can find this in your Contribution History (https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history). Cheers!

Thank you for your attention with this. #250707-125014-176000 It’s just been declined again sadly. Maybe because the payslip was under the working title name and doesn’t specifically say The Witcher?

Hi Thea_Achillea, I can see that your previous attempts were declined because they were added to the parent series page, and not the individual episodes your daughter worked on/was credited on. This is against our guidelines, as detailed in our Help guide (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/how-do-i-add-an-episodic-credit/GRRHUZAQPQV4T2F9?). However, your latest attempt was incorrectly declined, due to a processing error. As such, I have re-submitted the credit on your behalf and approved it. This update will appear live across all IMDb platforms shortly. I hope this helps!

Hey Ozzy, thank you so much for your help so far with this. As this is a credited featured role, will the uncredited status be removed when the series is released? Thank you.

Hi Thea_Achillea, This could be possible yes, although you'd have to submit a credit correction to remove the "(uncredited)" attribute from the credit. However, this can only be approved if sufficient evidence is provided of the on-screen credits with the correction submission. For more information on providing evidence, please see our Help guide below. https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/contribution-information/how-can-i-submit-additional-verification-for-a-credit-submission/GN93ME9NVXHVE36E? Cheers!
