Adding a new title

Question

Hello,I tried to add a new title, Flush (https://fantasiafestival.com/en/film/flush?fbclid=IwY2xjawLTi_9leHRuA2FlbQIxMQBicmlkETF0Q1F5V0p1Z29Ic2FOUTZrAR4biwviMICUAnE-gSLAMLCbBENOe-mNLV_1GinvflnPq4kCLXFLvD-KPAPdgg_aem_IkzvmHecnL9HWKGPYpC03A) but my submission got mixed-up with another movie titled Flush (https://www.imdb.com/fr/title/tt6775740/reference/). I think I made a mistake and I fear the submissions I made will end up on the wrong Flush.
