Adding an In Production Season to a podcast title

So I want to add a second season title and start listing cast, but we dont have the episode titles locked down, or have chosen release dates. Anyone know how to just add the new season without the episodes? The only thing I can find it "add episode", which obviously doesn't work without title or date. Also, is it possible to have the different season art for the season title? For example, we have a show title, then each season has it's own "subtitle", which comes with it's own cover art.
