Adding credits

So its been a while since I have updated my profile, Im trying to add 4 credits and everytime I try, they seem to get denied- even when I attach the request screen shot of a call sheet. Can someone lay out a step by step for this? It wasn't this difficult or frustrating last I remember attempting this but now no matter what I do, my contributions get denied within minutes of me submittting them.

You will find them in your Contribution History: https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history?user. Depending whether it is credited on screen or not, there are different types of evidence that can be submitted.
