Adding Image to Upcoming Title

Hello, My submission of a primary image/poster for the upcoming title "Burning Rainbow Farm" was declined with the note "We have been unable to verify your contribution." The image appears on the production company's website but there is no place to provide evidence in the image submission form, and when I reload the submission, a blank screen comes up.
