Adjust Content Warning

One of the issues I run into when trying to mentally prepare for tough movies is knowing if the movie is mentally safe for me to watch and how I need to prepare myself. I live with and manage a lot of traumas and know my triggers. Unfortunately, the IMDB content warning components are geared towards parents prescreening movies for children. It would be really helpful if IMDB expanded their content warning section to include potential triggers. For example, content that displays emotional abuse (gaslighting, abandonment, manipulation) or rape are not covered under the parental advisories and would be generally classified under sex & nudity if covered at all. I know I and other survivors are fine with watching, for instance, a sex worker at work but would draw a line at a person being sex trafficked. This content warning could be included in the larger description of the parental guidance components or just be a tag. I really appreciate that the way IMDB formats the content warning so that it is general enough to tell you what the content is without giving such a detailed account that it is just describing the scene and therefore spoiling a part of the movie.
