All Credits Vanished, Contributions approved

Hi, I'm just working on adding my credits for the past few years and have woken up to my imdb page (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm18179802/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_1_tt_0_nm_8_in_0_q_felix%2520welch) having been completely scrubbed of allcre dits (inc. uncredited roles) I've checked my contribution history and nothing has been flagged or unapproved so I am a little lost on what to do to resolve this.
