All my credits have been recategorised. Has there been a recent policy change?

I maintain the data of my own personal profile as I work in the industry. I often work as a junior member of the Assistant Director's department, here in New Zealand this is called Set Production Assistant.

For some reason all my existing credits have been moved to 'Production', despite multiple of these credits having previously submitted evidence for and specifically had them recategorised under 'Second Unit or Assistant Director'. Other than the word 'production', there is no reason for this role to sit under 'Production' category. I report to the ADs, I work with the ADs, on the callsheet we are listed under ADs. 

Can someone enlighten me what has changed recently that they've all been recategorised? Where is the correct place for these type of credits to be submitted? What does the submission policy say on this?
