Almost Everything on Bleach TYBW Season 4 Episode 7 Is Fake

I just finished watching this episode on Hulu and I went to see the episode page for it, just to see a whole bunch of baloney. The images and reviews that are currently up are reflecting on a fight between Yhwach and Aizen, except that did not happen in this episode. Aizen did appear in the main episode, but only in the next episode preview with his poem. And yet, there are images and reviews about those events. Events that didn't happen in that specific episode. How, and why? How and why was such buffoonery accepted? Like there is even an image up with a copyright credit saying "This will most likely be in the episode." and it's straight up not.  Who are the people checking this information? Because are slacking heavily.
