Alternate name has been added to my Personal Details by mistake

Mubeen: This problem has to do with the film Laila Majnu (2018) for which you are listed with the attribute (as Rubeena Khan).

I checked the credits of this film and found that someone by that name is credited as visual effects producer (not "vfx producer", as someone else has that job).

I started to write a step-by-step explanation of how to fix the problem but I accidentally deleted it, so perhaps someone else can help you.
