An actor keeps on getting rejected.

Hello, I've been having a problem with crediting a particular actor, the one in question being Lizzie Freeman. This is not the first time I've had issues with crediting the actor as it is almost always rejected as 'unable to verify'. I've never had issues like this with any other actor. This time however I attached onscreen evidence of her being credited for the role, however that was also rejected as 'unable to verify'. I've had the same issue on other submissions from a while ago (260831-075853-576000, 260830-085404-457000, 260827-075512-905000, 260621-081526-039000) and in other submissions I avoided crediting the actor as it would be rejected.

This is a consistent issue that particularly applies to the actor (other actors in the same franchise get accepted). I kindly ask to know how to credit the actor without the credits being rejected even with evidence.

Some research showed me that Lizzie Freeman appears to be a voice actor.

Is it possible you're adding her to "cast" when she should be listed under "voice acting - dub"?

In the case of the submissions, they are not dubs. They are rather the original audio from the media in which I am trying to credit her for.

I am aware Lizzie Freeman has done some dubbing roles however all the roles I have submitted are from the original English audio.

Hey Fran,

Firstly thank you for submitting the cast role on the page. Secondly the issue that has been affecting the actor is still present.

I credited her for a role on another page but it was declined again. The code is 260912-082318-646000. Like I stated earlier this issue only applies to Lizzie Freeman at least for me. Could you see why it could be getting rejected and how I can avoid it.

Firstly thanks for the reply. Secondly, I did a submission with onscreen evidence this time, and it still got rejected. The credit was with the exact same actor again.

The submission code is 260914-081641-847000

I really doubt this is a coincidence as it has been a repeated issue with the specific actor that has not happened with other people. I'm sorry if I'm dragging this post on a bit too long but I want to get to the bottom of the issue.
