An award I'm trying to add doesn't get published

I'm trying to add an award our film won at Thessaloniki Documentary Festival (Mermaid award - Special mention) but it doesn't get published and I don't know why. Is there any way to find out? Reference number: 250419-153444-918000 Thanks,
