Another Trivia Submission Declined

Hello again. I have received another "Declined" notification regarding a recent Trivia addition, and I would like to request help in reviewing this please. The submission in question is listed in my Contributor History under the following number:  250101-223909-951000

Regarding this entry, I provided the following accurate information:

Coati Mundi, who portrays Conejo in this episode, first appeared in the series in No Exit where he played Ramone, one of the henchmen working for Bruce Willis's gun running baddie Tony Amato.

I also included the following statement to assist in proving that the data is correct:

The response I received is as follows:

Not enough evidence. Your contribution has been declined. We have been unable to verify your contribution. Unfortunately we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided.

I am extremely confused as to why this entry was deemed to be unable to be verified. If itis an issue with my use of the wording "first appeared...", as I stated, the actor's information is clearly shown in the cast listing for the episode I referenced. In addition, he did not appear in any of the first six episodes of the series, (which is easily verified), so again, this would be his first appearance. If the issue is something else, I can't determine this without more information.
