Approved credit has disappeared from IMDb profile after being live

Hello IMDb Staff,

I previously submitted a cast credit for the FX series The Shards, which was reviewed, approved, and added to my IMDb page.

The original contribution was:

An IMDb employee confirmed that the submission had been approved and that the credit was live. However, I recently noticed that the credit is no longer displaying on my IMDb page.

Could someone please investigate why this approved credit disappeared and restore it?

I still have the original production call sheet showing my participation as Director (Eric Satterberg) and can provide any additional documentation if needed.
