Assistance with adding title (Contribution #260529-062646-575000)
Hello Support Team!
I am writing to respectfully request assistance with my title submission for STARGATE: The Movie That Started a Universe Documentary, contribution number #260529-062646-575000.
I have submitted this title multiple times, but it continues to be declined with a request for a miscellaneous link, even though I have already provided the link several times in the submission. I may be misunderstanding what is being requested, so I would sincerely appreciate clarification or a manual review of the contribution.
For context, I am an independent filmmaker and documentary producer. I have submitted many full-length documentary titles to IMDb in the past without issue. My documentaries are feature-length productions that are first released on YouTube and, in some cases, later distributed or sold through other platforms. This title follows the same format as my previous accepted documentary submissions.
Title Information:
Title: STARGATE: The Movie That Started a Universe Documentary
Contribution Number: #260529-062646-575000
Type: Feature-length documentary
Initial Release Platform: YouTube
Format: Full-length documentary film
This is not a short video, clip, or informal upload. It is a completed documentary production with a full runtime, credits, original editing, research, narration/commentary, and release history consistent with the other documentary titles I have successfully added to IMDb.
The issue appears to be that the submission keeps asking for a miscellaneous link, but the link has already been submitted. Please let me know whether IMDb requires a specific type of link, such as a public release page, YouTube URL, or another form of verification. I am happy to provide whatever supporting material is needed.
Thank you very much for your time and help. I appreciate the work IMDb does in maintaining accurate film records, and I would be grateful for any guidance that can help resolve this issue and get the title properly reviewed.
Thanks,
Brian Montgomery
