Hello AnnaPimen,

It has been rejected since the New name is badly formatted, the Last Name goes first, then the Name. Also when submitting the correction you need to check on the "Preserve Previous credits" to keep the old name on previous credits.

I have checked Anna and you submitted the correction incorrect as "Anna, Pimen". As mentioned in my comment above, it is "Last Name, First Name". Therefore the system will reject it as badly formatted, also make sure that you are checking the "Preserve Previous credits" to keep the old name on previous credits.

Now I understand what the issue was—I wasn’t adding a comma between the last name and first name, so they were automatically swapped. I’ve made the update accordingly 250103-222237-706000
