Award Updates Not Approved Months Later

I have added multiple award updates to events, but they are taking much longer than usual to be approved.

Update numbers include: 251113-200139-900000, 251113-185055-626000, & 250919-205135-273000. These were submitted between two weeks and two months ago. There are more, all for the same events, which I can provide on request. Updates I've made to titles within the same timeframe have been approved without issue.

What is the problem? Are there processing issues or have I done something wrong?

Thank you for posting the submission references! Taking a look, all of these are not showing as they were all declined.

I suggest for you to re-submit them but do add the supporting evidence link for these wins and/or nominations. Once you sent them, our staff will take another look.

Thanks, I'll try resubmitting them with evidence.

How can I tell if a submission has been declined? I can only see that they've been submitted.

@Maeya- You're welcome! For awards, you can keep a look at the our Data Processing Times page, you can check on the status of the Oldest Item (date) and Unprocessed. Depending on when you do your submissions, you can keep an eye on both of those sections. If they passed from it and you are still not seeing them, they were most likely declined.

In these cases, I do advice to add the respective evidence for your Award submissions to help our staff verify the information.
