Awards page missing info

Hi, I've been trying to add a missing award to this Karlovy Vary film festival awards page, but I don't think it was ever approved or denied? I find the awards fixes very confusing, because it tells you it's been submitted, yet the message also says to submit again. In any event, here is my ticket #: 250815-013354-582000 Please examine this. I included sources that prove Susan Sarandon received a lifetime achievement award AS WELL AS Helen Mirren, not in place of her. Both ladies received lifetime achievement awards that year, according to sources. And Sarandon has a picture of herself holding her award on Wikipedia. But the page only lists Mirren as a recipient; Sarandon is not listed, even in an incorrect year. Just simply not at all. I'd appreciate any help, and thanks in advance! P.S. Also tell me if I'm doing something wrong with awards page fixes, so that I know for the future.
