Awards Submissions for Credits Don't Have A Track Contribution Option

Awards submission for credits down have a track contribution option, and as a result, there's no way to find out if submission has been accepted (other than checking individual pages) and if it's been rejected, there's no way to find out why or what additional information is needed.

Every other type of submission comes with a "track contribution" option, where one can monitor the status of a submission and if it's been processed. Awards submissions should have the same.
