I looked at my contribution history and saw that two awards submissions were either unprocessed or declined:

Frasier and Mad About You tied for the Golden Globe for Comedy Series in 1995, LA Times article submitted as evidence. This one is very odd as I remember the correct information being on the site for years, then Frasier suddenly got removed as one of the winners. What happened there?
