I've already submitted the deletion request, it is in contribution 260910-140449-474000, this is just to add further context.

The current episode outline is "As the confrontation between Uryu and Jugram draws to a close and Yhwach's true power has now been revealed, the situation has entered its most unpredictable phase."

I submitted a deletion request for the outline in English and the other languages it was spammed in because this event has already happened, in Season 4 Episode 6. This outline was most likely created from a manga reader that is not keeping up with the changes made with the anime.
