Biography outdated and not able to update

The biography on my page is outdated as I wrote it while I was still in film school, trying be all cool, and it makes my page look amateurish now. Every time I try to update it, it gets denied. I cannot find anyone to talk to about it, so here I am. Please help me. I need to completely overhaul it.

Hey Fran! My original Biography contribution number was 221111-074520-136000. I've tried to update it many times, but always been denied. The last attempt was on Jan. 25th, 2024. Now I'm back at it trying to get it fixed. I would even be happy with just whatever bio IMDB write automatically at this point.
