Black Chariot: How to get Release Date corrections accepted?

There are two different films named Black Chariot. One is a 1971 blaxploitation film, the other is a 2026 British horror film.

For Black Chariot (2026), I came across some inaccuracies as the title had clearly been confused for Black Chariot (1971) and had a wrong running time, wrong plot description, etc. Those have been corrected. One more thing I wanted to correct is that IMDb had the 2026 title with a US release on July 10, 2026, but that is the restoration/rerelease of the 1971 title. The July 10 release should be deleted from the 2026 Black Chariot, it's for the wrong film.
In reviewing further, I also saw that the 2026 title had a US festival release listed (Feb 22, 2026), but the location is incorrect. The festival cited (Romford Horror Film Festival) is in the UK, not the US. The location should be corrected to United Kingdom. As far as I can tell, the 2026 Black Chariot has never had a US release. If it did it would almost certainly have been mentioned on their Kickstarter.

Both corrections were rejected with a vague reason of "Does not meet contribution guidelines." How so? I provided the evidence and the links above.
