Body-shaming of an actress in a movie review approved by IMDb staff

It is disheartening to read highly inappropriate and very cruel remarks body shaming an actress, in a review that has been approved by an IMDb staff member under the movie Bank of Dave 2 - The Loan Ranger. I am attaching a screenshot and the Permalink at the end. 

Obesity is a medical condition and much more to do with altered neurophysiology, and even mental health than merely 'eating', as the reviewer so crassly puts it.

Please consider removing this very hurtful review. What people need is compassion and empathy, not being bullied even more online.

I honestly DO NOT understand IMDb policy - so many reviews are routinely declined including mine, when they do not even violate review guidelines, while on the other hand reviews that do and that are in such poor taste, have absolutely no problem being approved!
