Call the Midwife Season 4 Episode names

In Call the Midwife (a British series), episodes 6, 7, and 8 (tt38073144, tt37922620, and tt37894191) have German names (Zerbrechliches Glück, Nichts ist sicher, Irrtümer) for the episodes on the main website as well as in the "primary title" and "original title" in the basics file, and in the akas file for the "GB".

This seems wrong. All the other episodes in all other seasons are named as "Episode #3", etc.
