Can I remove my own IMDb page, and if so, how?

My ex-boyfriend considers himself a filmmaker and produced a film about myself and my previous ex. It's a long and messy story, but the film causes me significant distress and despite having gone no-contact with him years ago, he listed me as a producer on the film. While Googling my own name, my IMDb page as a producer comes up, and I really don't want to be linked to this exploitative drivel my abusive ex roped me into. Is there any way to request a removal of an IMDb page, or to remove it myself?
