Can You Appeal A Declined Review Decision?

Recently I had two reviews declined.  The first one I figured out was declined because I used a term that had a totally innocent meaning back in the day, but apparently now, according to an urban dictionary, also meant something obscene.  Thus, I rewrote the review, leaving out the term, and it was accepted. 

Now this week another review was declined and there was no reason at all it should have been.  All I can figure is my mentioning the Holocaust in it was misunderstood or something. It was a review of a documentary where the doc maker's mother did not go looking for her first two children, when her first husband took them from her to his homeland.  Can I appeal the decline decision?
