Cannot add dubbing credits

I've been trying to add some credits as a dubbing translator and I'm not getting any contribution approved. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I see a lot of contributions like this and mine don't get approved. I've followed the guidelines adding the credit as Additional Crew > Occupation (choosing "dubbing script translator" from the list) and then attribute "spanish version" and I'm getting it rejected everytime. Can you at least point out where's the mistake so I can have it published, please? Thanks!

Hi, Olga: In general terms, dubbing credits are not eligible for inclusion in the database. According to IMDb guidelines (see https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/eligible-credits/GFXKZE9VXLB5CR8M): "There are certain types of credits that we do not list unless they are specifically credited on-screen: these include work on [...] localized releases (dubbing, dialogue translation/editing on foreign versions etc.). We do not list these credits unless the person has received an on-screen credit for their work in the original version of the title. These details may be added to the other works biography section." Please also note that your name needs to listed on screen within the main credit scroll, e.g. the Netflix dubbing credits section at the end of a title is not eligible either (see https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/contribution-declined-250305214543593000/67d32e3096face300de5a05b?commentId=67d4645f96face300def3970&replyId=67d5b9a56202ce33d4038c68). Cheers!

It's such a pity that this is not recognised because you won't believe the hours dedicated to each project by all the dubbing crew. We work directly with Netflix or any other studio creatives to get the best dubbing possible worldwide and we'd love to appear on IMDB. I believe it's only fair that if we get a credit at the end of the main credit scroll worldwide, this gets recognised by IMDB as well. Without this process, millions of people won't watch any show or film. Please, consider the dubbing and subtitles teams to be eligible. There are guilds and awards dedicated to this sector. Many people will really appreciate it and will make it more visible because it's always taken for granted. Thanks for your answer!

@olga_parera - Not that it's going to amount to anything, but you could consider visiting this thread: https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/suggestion-for-new-feature-voice-actors/5f4a79878815453dba80787a As you can see from the amount of upvotes on that post, a lot of users agree with you that there should be some means of recognizing dubbing voices on IMDb. It doesn't have to be on the main cast page; IMDb could solve this by creating a separate page specifically for dubbing voices. Users have been suggesting this for years and IMDb hasn't responded at all, but if you feel you have something to add, you might as well join the conversation.
