Cannot add or update Gender data

I recently completed a cast list for a TV episode, (submission #240827-163250-490000).  One of the people in the cast was a woman playing a female role, and as such, was submitted to the 'actress' category.  However, even though the contribution was approved, that person was added to the 'actor' category instead.  (see cast order #26)

I attempted to move the actor credits to 'actress' by assigning the correct 'gender', but the submission interface does not allow it:

This person appears to identify with 'female', so I'm not sure why this change is blocked.  Their page shows this self-verified information:

Their Biography contains many she/her terms:

And their photos look to be female:

On their casting site (not IMDb), the photo looks female:

and the "sizes" detail on the casting page also indicates female:

So the question is, why are the acting credits in the 'actor' category instead of 'actress' and why can't they be moved?

I have intentionally left this persons name out of this message so as not to draw unnecessary attention to them. The staff can find who this is via saved submission #240830-143659-340200.

You must go to this Actress page (where the gender is incorrect), then go at the bottom and click "Edit Page", then click at the bottom "Gender Identity" category and choose "Add 1 item". You will then be able to submit all evidence for the change.

@Malagaaunike see the first image in my post - changes to the gender are not allowed by the system.

@Malagaaunike bully for you!  But by not providing a direct link to their page, it keeps some people from using this post for other means....

The only reason I can find/think-of to keep this person listed as a male, would be the same reason made 2 years ago in this post (with no reply).
