Cannot change incorrect release date of two short films

Hi,

I have two short films which have incorrect release dates online which is starting to become a problem for festivals. I've requested these be changed but they are repeatedly declined and I'm unsure why.

#260703-102637-814000 - this just needs to be deleted as it is incorrect and was when the film was in production, the latter entry is correct which is when the film screened

#260702-094720-968000 - the month needs to be changed and I've given specific details including a link to the screening
