Cannot Delete Film That Was Never Finished, Let Alone Released

I have been trying for a few weeks now to delete the title 'Rigor' (2025) (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt43070613/?ref_=nm_flmg_job_1_accord_2_cdt_t_2) from my IMDb profile (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm7644588/).

While this film was shot & produced, it was ultimately scrapped in post-production and has never been released anywhere, despite what IMDb states. I am the writer, director, and producer of this film. As it was never released, I do not want it representing me whatsoever. I have submitted multiple contribution requests to delete (#261012-012801-857000 and #261006-170232-470000) as well as 2 or 3 support emails threatening legal action, only one of which was responded to (Response received: "Hello. Our aim is to be the most complete and reliable source of movie, TV, and entertainment information on the web. In order to continue offering our users an accurate and trustworthy service, it is our policy not to alter or delete any kind of correct/factual information from our records. Thank you for your understanding.")

The lead actress for the film was citing the existence of this film for her United States visa application, and at the time I was still in post-production with no idea the project was later going to be abandoned before being completed, so I was willing to make the page look more official with a temporary poster and details to support her visa application while I chipped away at the post-production – but since the project was then later scrapped (again, NEVER finished, let alone released), I would please like it removed permanently from the database. 

To be as clear as possible. This film will never be finished. Never was finished. Never was released. Never will be released. That breaks all of your policies relating to release, so for those reasons, please remove it.
