Cannot remove a company from the Producers section

For some reason the person reviewing my submission is immediately declining my attempts to remove a company from the Producers section. The rationale provided was "We have been unable to verify your contribution." The second time I submitted it I provided ample information to verify that these are in fact organizations and not people, but was again declined seconds after I submitted. I'm not sure what's going on here. Aren't companies not supposed to go in the Producers section? Aren't non-people (and non-animals) not supposed to have "name" pages whatsoever?
