Cannot Remove False (Incorrect) Credit

I have made several attempts to remove a credit from my name's page (Drew Louis). It is for some short film called "Wheeler" from many years ago. Primarily, this is an issue because there is a short video that plays when people go to the page. This has cost me work previously because I work as a Rigging Electric and people are pretty off-put by seeing that video each time they search my name. Any advice or help on getting this removed would be incredibly helpful. Like I said, I have tried previously but it keeps being rejected and says I need proof. I'm not sure how to prove I didn't have anything to do with it other than saying I didn't. Most recent pending reference number is: 250307-022855-874000 Thanks!
