Can't add Post Production Supervisor to entire series

I am the Post Production supervisor for an entire series on Netflix but when I try to add that credit for the whole series vs every episode, I get rejected. I have emails from Netflix confirming my role if that would help with approval but I would need to heavily redact that information. What do I need to do? I've read all the documentation but don't see anything to assist with what type of evidence I might need to include to achieve this. Thanks!

Hi lucasb-

As per our guidelines, episodic credits must be added to the respective episodes the person appears on/has worked on and not the series parent page.

For further detailed information and instructions on how to add episodic credits, I encourage you to review our following Help Guide. You can go to question #4: 'How do I add an episodic credit?.'

Also, I encourage you to review this other Help Guide where you will find all the detailed information on the types of supporting evidence that we ask for when submitting filmography credits.

You are welcome to re-submit the credits to the respective episodes with the supporting evidence.

Cheers!

But if I had added it when I first created the series submission, wouldn't it have accepted it with the other roles that were for the series, like director of photography and director?

@lucasb - As mentioned, episodic credits must be added to the respective episodes you worked on.

If there are credits that were accepted for the parents series, this must be corrected to the episodes those persons worked on as well.
