Can't change my IMDb contributor name no matter what I try. Help, please?

Hi!

I've recently transitioned and legally changed my name. I've followed every single help page guide to change my old name to the new one, but nothing works. I've even uploaded a photo of the official court document (from Washington state) that lists my old name and says it has now been changed to my new name. Even that request got declined. I have no idea what else to do here. Help, please? Can you change that manually?

My four films still say "(as Grigory Lukin)" - how do I delete that line? I'm seriously this close to just deleting the damn film listings altogether just to get rid of this mess.
