Solved

Can't upload an image to my homepage

I can't upload an image. After clicking on 'Image' and then '+ Add image', the Add Image pop up box does come up and I can successfully upload the image but there's nothing else that allows me to save it, to register it. The only option I've got is to cancel. Has anyone else had this problem and what can be done?

Hello @amanda_mcallister, To update your photos while logged in to your membership, please go to your IMDbPro page (https://pro.imdb.com/mypage), and go to the Images section. To add an image, click on the gray icon box that says "Add Image".

Hi Jon, Many thanks for getting back to me but sadly, this is what I've been doing and yet can't add the image. The Add Image box comes up, it allows me to upload the image and write a caption but it doesn't go any further. There's nothing in the box to tick or confirm that its to be added. All I have is the option to cancel. There appears to be something missing in the Add Image box where I upload the image. Any ideas what to do?

Hi amanda_mcallister - Our tech team has not been able to replicate the issue, as the image uploads appear to be working and we are seeing the "Submit" button at the bottom with a disclaimer caption: "I agree to the Conditions of Use. The data I'm submitting is true and not copyrighted by a third party." Can you confirm if you are still experiencing the issue?
