Cast addition still "awaiting processing", three days after expected processing date

260117-003450-870000 - addition of PC Dickie | Brown, Antony (I) | 8 - is still "awaiting processing" on 20 January, when the confirmation email says "Estimated processing date 17 January 2026".Is there a problem or has it slipped through the net somehow?
